Introduction

This Blog is dedicated to our founding fathers and Democratic REPRESENTATIVE Republic they founded. This was a thing totally unconceived of prior to the Continental Congress, and later the Constitutional Convention. The concept of a Government by the explicit consent of the governed had never before been tried. This concept has been undermined, and corroded for the past century by self-aggrandizing politicians and activist judges. It's time for WE THE PEOPLE to once again assert our absolute authority over our elected leadership!

How do we do this? There are several stages, and several steps for each stage. Some have been rendered most difficult due to the already perverted laws that have been allowed to stand on the books. Let me cover the stages, and the steps of each in brief, and then we can proceed with where on the path we are. We shall use the absolute Supreme Court of the Constitution (as clarified by peripheral writing by it's authors, we'll see how dangerous interpretation is without doing so) and the historical record. the historical record is the least forgiving judge, as Benjamin Franklin said "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and expecting different results" and one I have no attribution for "those who forget the past are doomed to repeat it"
